Kangfulai Group (Q.D.) High-tech Business Incubator is a project initiated by KangFuLai Group(H.K.) Co., Ltd. and the Chinese and American Technology and Promotion General Union, and the total investment is US dollar 10 million. It located in the QingDao Lingang Economy&tech Development Zone, nearing to the QingDao Economy&tech Development Zone, the traffic there is very convenient with Tongsan and Shugang freeway 2KM away on its north and the Taixue highway 3KM away on its south. The west is No.204 national highway. The project is only 20KM from the QingDao Economy&tech Development Zone and the QingDao port and 70KM to the QingDao airport.

The agricultural resource there is very rich on which formed a national high-quality&high-efficiency agriculture demonstration zone, of which the four main industry is seafood, stock raising, fruits and vegetables.

This business incubator is mainly for the processing of appetizer and the import and sales for western foos. Any projects for appetizer, pies, french fried, chess products, snacks and pizza are welcomed,to build the greatest production basis of appetizer in China.

1. For the first stage, we would build 4 workshops matched to the food standards to the CIQ and they would also must be attached to the food exporting standards. The total area of the workshops are 11600 square meters, of which the total frozen storages is 3000 square meters, and the constant temperature storage is 2000 square meters. There would also be a matched 4700-square-meters raw material storage.

2. There are for set road, drainage,power,gas and communications facilities.

3. The relative equipments of living would also be full builded. There are dinning rooms of 1300 square meters and a 5000-square-meter dormitory. The washing room and toilet would also be fully prepared.

4. There would be a 1300sm R&D center especially for food research with high tech.

5. There would also be property management service supplied by special department. There will also supply logistics service and manage the whole environment and public facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for living and production. We would also supply service of the relationship with the Government, the customs department and the CIQ.

6. For the first stage we would start the Frozen Breaded Onion Rings and other appetizer project in the incubator, as well as some logistics enterprises supporting services, such as the COSCO, Maersk, APL, OCL, etc and some land transportation company.
